AUHigh hopes that didn't quite hit the mark
I have been loving purchasing a chai or dirty chai lately and came across these pods. Was excited to get my delivery. First drink made i was disappointed, so contacted the company for advice on how to make them (thinking maybe I did it wrong). Read through the info sent but sadly have not enjoyed these pods.

Hi Helana, Thank you for the honesty! We appreciate the comments. There is one other option that can help. When was the last time you cleaned your coffee pod machine? Over time, coffee pod machines get a build up of materials in the machine that negatively influences the water flow through the machine and through the pods. This then changes how the water interacts with the pod ingredients and will change taste of the drink. We will send you a separate email with pod machine cleaning instructions. Thanks, Vibe Team
