- Sugar
- Vegetable Oil Solids
- Flavour (art)
- Spices Oil Extracts
- Salt
No Soy, no Dairy and no Gluten:
There are no traces of soy in any of the Chai Latte ingredients listed above. Soy does not come into contact with any of these ingredients and the Chai manufacturing process.
The same can be said for Gluten and Dairy products. The Serenity Chai is Dairy and Gluten Free.
Vegetable Oil Solids – why is it used:
The vegetable oil is a binder for the ingredient blending process. It adds no flavour, it’s a tasteless ingredient, but is important. Without vegetable oil, the important Chai ingredients would separate during the manufacturing (ingredient mixing) process which means the right dosing of ingredients in the pods would never be right. This would deliver a poor drinking experience.

For orders below $54, a $7.50 delivery fee will apply for any location in Australia and Tasmania.
Delivery Timing:
Every order placed before 3 pm during a workday, is packed and ready to ship on the day it was ordered. Vibe Coffee has worked hard to make this as fast as possible regardless of order volumes.
Vibe Coffee uses Australia Post who try to deliver products around the country within 2 to 4 days. We are dependent on Australia Post keeping their promises.
Delivery timings for the Melbourne region may be faster because the Vibe Coffee manufacturing and distribution center is based in Melbourne.
If for any reason you are unhappy with the coffee you ordered, all you need to do is complete one simple step.
Email us at greatvibes.@vibecoffee.com.au, provide us your order number and give us a quick reason for being unhappy with our product. We need this feedback to improve our products and services.
Once we receive your feedback, we will respond with two options…
- You can select another product that we will send to you at no charge to you (this includes delivery costs)

Refund Eligibility:
Vibe is happy to give refund your money if the Coffee Bag is unopened and in saleable condition.
Vibe will reimburse you the funds in the same way you made the purchase. For example, if you payed by using Afterpay, Vibe will credit your Afterpay account.
The Most Common Reason for Returns = Vibe Coffee Pods don’t fit the coffee pod machine:
The most common reason people request a return is because the Vibe coffee pods do not fit into the coffee pod machine. Vibe coffee pods are designed to fit all Nespresso® capsule system machines.
If you are a first time customer with us, we urge you to review the Nespresso® Machine Compatible page (on our site) to give you the confidence our coffee pods will fit your coffee pod machine.
The Nespresso® Machine Compatible page shows you pictures of the Nespresso® coffee pod and compares it to the Vibe coffee pod. If your Nespresso® coffee pod looks like the Vibe coffee pod, then we have a match! Meaning, our pods will fit into your coffee pod machine.
