The Vibe Coffee Pod

Another way to feel confident the Vibe Coffee pods will fit your coffee pod machine is to match your current coffee pod shape to the Vibe (white) pod shown here.  If they are the same shape, the Vibe coffee pods will work in your machine.

Have a look at Vibe Coffee’s white pod and compare this to the Nespresso® purple coffee pod (below) to see a visual “apples-to-apples” comparison between the two shapes.

As you can see, the coffee pod shapes are identical with one difference:  the Vibe Coffee pods are 100% biodegradable.

The Nespresso® Coffee Pod

The reason for this identical match between Vibe and Nespresso® is because Vibe coffee pod and lid materials are imported from Europe ensuring it fits Nespresso® coffee pod machines.

Coffee Freshness!

Vibe’s roasting, grinding, and packing process takes place in a climate-controlled environment in Melbourne!

Though the coffee beans and coffee pod materials are sourced across the globe, Vibe Coffee is an Australian business.

During the encapsulation process, the coffee and machinery are nitrogen flushed to remove most of the oxygen from the atmosphere.

Additionally, the protective lid of the coffee pod is applied in a relatively oxygen-free environment ensuring freshness and a perfect coffee every time.  Think of this as a form of vacuum sealing process designed for hygiene and prevents other external agents (such as heat, or humidity).

This process ensures you can have a rich-tasting, fresh coffee.

This is why you don’t need to worry about purchasing an expensive coffee pod machine.   The manufacturing process of the Vibe Coffee pod does all the heavy lifting for you.

Vibe Coffee Pours Slowly

We often receive feedback from Vibe customers who say,  “when using a Vibe coffee pod, the coffee pours more slowly“.

This is normal for us!!

The grinding process is critical to delivering the perfect extraction of your coffee.   The finer ground contributes to the slower pouring of the coffee as it takes longer for the water to travel through the coffee pod.

This is what is known as a coffee that is “full-bodied”.  You want this!

This slower extraction ensures maximum flavour, aroma, and crema from your coffee to provide the very best experience.

If you are interested in learning more about the “body” of coffee, you can read an article created by the Vibe Team defining the coffee intensity ratings which incorporates the “body”.
