For orders below $44, a $7.50 delivery fee will apply for any location in Australia and Tasmania.

Delivery Timing:

Australia Post delivers all Vibe orders. While Australia Post has a goal to deliver parcels within 2 to 4 days, COVID influences and increased parcel volumes may, from time to time, slow them down. This is why we provide you with the ability to track your order. Tracking information is provided to you in our “Delivery Update” email which we send to you once the order is on its way.

Australia Post will also send updated delivery timelines.

Delivery timings for the Melbourne region may be faster because the Vibe Coffee manufacturing and distribution centre is based in Melbourne.

Order Before You Run Out:

If you can, try not to leave your next order to the last minute. This is why we designed a QR code on our product labels (see an example of the Vibe product label below – the QR code is located on the bottom right-hand corner).

All you need to do is grab your Vibe coffee product, activate the camera on your smartphone, and place the QR code fully in view on your camera (as if you were to take a picture of the QR code). Once you complete this step, a prompt such as “Open in Chrome” (the Google browser), will display on your screen.

If you tap your finger on this prompt, you will be taken to the product page of the product you originally purchased.
